Easy to use, easy to set up, secure bikes
I picked up my Panache at the Sherbrooke factory and paid a little extra to have it installed. Since I'm sometimes in a weakened state for medical reasons, I thought it prudent to get it installed by the professionals. The folks at the factory were very kind and thorough. They gave me lots of tips on how to use and store the rack. That said, the install is very easy (I definitely could have done it myself). Once installed, the rack is super easy to use and very secure. It easily mounts bikes of different sizes, too (like those for my kids). It creates a little bit of drag which affects my EV's range, but it's minimal. The build quality of the rack is exceptional. I might stock up on extra rubber straps, though, as I see this as a consumable item. It's a pricey item, but less expensive than comparable racks from other manufacturers. The build quality is also exceptional. Plus, it feels nice supporting a local company, from right here in Quebec. I have already recommended this rack to two friends with similar needs.

Recently just went on a trip and wanted to bring our bikes along for the ride. Was super happy with the Panache T4.
It not only was easy to setup, but also quite easy to use with our van, allowing the tail gate to open and close perfectly.
We have two adult bikes, one kids bike (16” tire) and one smaller kids bike (I believe 10” or so)
We can’t put the smaller kids bike on but the 16” kids bike worked flawlessly. (Even had the training wheels still on)
The build quality is excellent. I can’t see any flaws at all. Super happy with this product.
10/10 would buy again.
